for visiting JCCI Resource Development
Judy L. Taylor, President
Judy Taylor began her career in higher education in 1998. She has served as Vice President of Advancement at two-year institutions and as Director of Resource Development at the system level. Prior to joining higher education, Judy spent the previous 15 years in a large corporate setting working with non-profit organizations. Judy began working with JCCI as a grant consultant in 2015 and secured over $5 Million in funding for three separate institutions - a community college, a state university and a technical college. This success reflects Judy's understanding of the various sectors of higher education and her ability to translate funding needs/priorities into successful, funded proposals. Judy has managed comprehensive fundraising campaigns, secured corporate and private foundation funding for state-wide projects and conducted external evaluations for public and private universities and two-year colleges.
